La Marmotte
Ascending the Col du Glandon, The Col du Telegraphe and The Mighty Galibier before a summit finish on Alpe d'Huez the ‘Marmotte’ Cyclosportive is the original and arguably the most difficult Alpine Cyclosportive with almost 5000m of climbing over 174 km (110 miles).

Thursday 4th July - Arrive at Lyon airport for transfer to the Hotel Camigane at Alpe d'Huez close to the event finish line.Friday 5th July - Arrive at Lyon airport for transfer to the Hotel Camigane at Alpe d'Huez. (The Col de Sarenne and Les 2 Alpes ride will be organised for people who arrived on Thursday.)Saturday 8th July - A free day giving you the chance to have a short leg warmer ride out of Alpe d’Huez, prepare your bike and race food for La Marmotte or even do some sightseeing. Sunday 7th july - After an early breakfast (5:30 recommended) you descend to Bourg and get into the 2nd pen which is available to Veloventoux clients.Monday 8th July - Transfer back to Lyon airport.
