Private Transfers
If you have booked private accommodation in the Ventoux area,
Bedoin, Malaucene for example or any villages in The Vaucluse and Drome departments,
we can get you and your bike to your accommodation.

How to Book
First of all email us at info@veloventoux.com or give us a call on 0033 4 90 36 36 49 and we can discuss prices and availability.
We’ll then send you a booking form and hold your holiday dates for 5 days until we receive your deposit.
A non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the cost is as follows:
For trips of 3 nights or less – £100.00 per person.
For trips of 4 nights and over – £150.00 per person.
For events and all tours the deposit is £250.00 per person
(The outstanding amount should be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your holiday commencement date or cancellation charges will apply, see below).
Cancellation Charges
If you need to cancel your holiday you must inform us as soon as possible.
The following cancellation charges will apply.
More than 8 weeks – Deposit only
Between 5 & 8 weeks – 50% of total cost.
Between 2 & 5 weeks – 75% of total cost
Between 1 day & 2 weeks 90% of total cost
On or after departure – 100%
